This album was a game-changer in my development as an arranger/producer. I had been asked to write and record a song by my friend, Margaret Jones, who was a member of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra at the time. Cutting a long story short - members of the string section from the orchestra and some rhythm section friends used my score to provide the accompaniment to my vocal. That song, 'Lead Me Home' was then made available for me to use on an album of my own. The problem was, "How do I keep up that standard?", the answer was, "Give it a lot of thought, work very hard and carefully". This album was the result.
